Friday the 5th of September and Saturday the 6th of September see’s FEVAH back inside Wellington and Christchurch’s #1 club, Sandwiches, Base to serve up another insane evening of hard dance mayhem to help keep those winter chills at bay. Performing for the first time in the capital city, Fevah are very proud to present scene heavyweight and studio genius…. PAUL MADDOX!

There are very few dance music producers whose creative capacity stretches to releasing an entire artist album, so for this alone, Paul Maddox deserves the highest praise for his engaging and inspirational double album debut on Tidy as part of the Tidy Producers series. However, this feat shouldn’t be too much of a surprise to anyone who has been a follower of his works over the past decade. Feeling just as at home twiddling the knobs behind the studio desk, engineering any number of collaborations or djing at the legendary Tidy Weekenders, not to mention performing at a string of sold-out events for Polysexual, Frantic, Dance Academy, Creamfields, Extreme and I Love VC, Paul has consistently been at the forefront of the hard dance scene since he was dubbed ‘one of clubland’s hottest properties’ at the tender age of just 16.

Paul also employs a variety of successful studio guises, such as Abandon, Azure, O.G.R, Barely Legal (with Guyver) and Olive Grooves, and he has collaborated on dozens of all-conquering anthems with the biggest and best in hard dance all the while his studio work graces the record boxes of the scenes A-list DJs including but by no means limited to Lisa Lashes, Paul Glazby, Ben Stevens, Anne Savage, Andy Farley, The Tidy Boys, Rob Tissera, Lee Haslam, Tara Reynolds, Ingo and Jon Rundell.

His passport has in recent years been stamped from DJ jaunts to Norway, Canada, Ireland, Moscow, Japan, America and New Zealand. Each of these treks resulted in repeat bookings, the best measure of any DJ’s success.
